Litigation Counsel
As a civil rights attorney with Freedom Foundation, Tim Snowball’s practice is focused on protecting the First Amendment rights of public employees to make their own decisions regarding whether to join or support public sector unions. He is also a strong advocate for legal and constitutional education. To this end, Tim serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, has participated in hundreds of media interviews, written viral op-eds and blog posts, and regularly delivers presentations to groups across California. He received his JD from The George Washington University Law School, and BA in American Politics and Government from UC Berkeley. When not fighting to protect the rights of public employees, you can find Tim with his nose stuck in a book, working out, critiquing movies, or spending time with wife and daughters.
