The Freedom Foundation is excited to announce it will be hosting its second annual Teacher Freedom Summit July 8-10 in Denver, Colorado.
Last July, we hosted a first of-its-kind event whose goal was to prepare teachers to combat the radical political agenda of the national teacher unions. More than 200 educators made the trek to Denver for the three-day conference.
The impact and results of the inaugural conference were truly remarkable.
- Opt outs are up 27% with teachers across the country.
- Hosted 40 roundtables with teachers, more than 50 percent of whom choose to opt out afterwards.
- The Freedom Foundation has helped decertify 8 teachers’ unions.
- Currently, we have 77 active teacher ambassadors spreading our message to local school districts across the nation.
The significance of this conference is more than just statistics. It gave teachers, who felt isolated, the connection and support necessary to make a difference in their communities. One teacher from Idaho responded:
“This experience was truly cathartic. I have felt so alone my entire career. To be welcomed and congratulated for fighting the NEA is a surreal gift I never expected to receive. Thank you for connecting me to SUPPORT!”
Most importantly, the conference had a tremendous impact when it comes to fighting back against the radical agenda of the teacher unions, giving teachers the support they desperately need.
This year, we look to expand and grow the conference. Our hope is to double the size of the event and bring together 400 public school teachers representing all 50 states.
If you are a public-school teacher or if you know a public-school teacher, please go to this website for more information and registration. – https://www.freedomfoundation.com/tfs2024/
The conference is free to attend, and the Freedom Foundation pays for the hotel room and meals. All teachers need to do is to provide their own transportation to Denver.
Spots are filling up fast. Please encourage teachers in your local school districts to register for this life-changing opportunity and join teachers from across the nation in Denver this summer.
