The Silent Majority

There is a racketeering scam involving American labor, and the silent majority is the victim. Millions of Americans are being exploited every day as a condition of employment.

While the mafia is no longer a major player in union organizing — breaking legs, illegally buying politicians and bribing police — union leaders are performing many of the same functions. The only difference is, they’re doing it legally and with the victims’ own money.

And while the president of the Teamsters is none other than mob boss Jimmy Hoffa’s son James Hoffa, federal oversight of the union is being phased out over the next five years due to good behavior.

Now that the Teamsters are on good behavior, what do we have to worry about?

Government unions exist because of their underhanded, deceptive tactics, outright lying, and omissions of employees basic rights.

My job is to inform independent contractors of their Constitutional rights. If by knowing their rights they decide to exercise them, I gain nothing, nor does the nonprofit organization I work for.

Conversely, government union bosses actively work to prevent their members from knowing and understanding their rights.

And they do profit when these things happen.

Government unions may not be run by the mafia, but they are still a racket whose top priority is money and power. If you’re an employee resisting unionization, you’ll be harassed day and night — at work, at home, through email, phone and mail. The union will not cease until you sign a pledge card.

Of course you will be lied to, misinformed, harassed and bullied and there will be no one to assist you or inform you, as your employer and HR have been legally gagged from discussing issues involving unions with their employees.

Most grievances against the union are anonymous or never heard out of fear of retribution.

Once they’ve gotten enough people to sign cards, they’ll hold a so-called election. Only a small minority of employees typically vote for union authorization, since those who oppose it generally don’t vote and are often unaware an election is even taking place.

“…less than 10 percent of America’s current union members have voted to have a union in their workplace—in many cases the union was already established and the worker had to join as a condition of employment.” Source

While an ongoing organized effort is being made to attack and discredit the Freedom Foundation, one thing they won’t do — they won’t tell anyone what the Freedom Foundation is actually doing. The last thing labor unions want is an informed public.

The less people know about what the unions really want, the better union bosses like it.
