Statement by Freedom Foundation CEO Aaron Withe regarding Education Secretary Miguel Cardona soliciting the National School Boards Association letter on parents at school board meetings: 

OLYMPIA, WA – “It’s outrageous that the Education Secretary targeted and attempted to intimidate concerned parents by manipulating the National School Boards Association to involve the Justice Department,” said Freedom Foundation CEO Aaron Withe. “It’s corrupt and infuriating, but unfortunately not at all surprising after nearly two years of sacrificing our children’s mental, emotional and educational well-being on the altar of the teachers’ unions.” 

“Who’s running this country, President Joe Biden or President Randi Weingarten?” concluded Withe. “Keep it up, because you’re going to have millions of angry parents going to the polls this year.”
