Emma Meshell serves as an Outreach and Policy Associate on Freedom Foundation’s Oregon team. She supports her state’s outreach team by managing its canvassing program, assisting in efforts to free workers from forced unionization. She also provides support to Oregon’s policy team by assisting with research on an array of topics spanning from labor policy to government transparency. A native of Portland, Emma studies Economics at Oregon State University. Prior to working at Freedom Foundation, she served as an intern with Americans for Prosperity in Washington, DC. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, fly fishing, and hunting among Oregon’s many beautiful landscapes.
